The PhysiScope is an interactive laboratory located in the buildings of the Physics Section at the University of Geneva. The PhysiScope offers meetings for small group of about twenty participants adressing some of the great scientific questions of our time.
The permanence of the PhysiScope depends on a constant quality and a constant renewal of its offer. Explaining the physics and the scientific stakes for our society are one of the motivations that drives the PhysiScope team. New collaborations are envisaged to develop themes closely related to the scientific news and the major subjects of research in physics conducted at the University of Geneva and elsewhere in the world.

It is within this framework that the Physiscope has equipped itself with a brand new show in astronomy where you will leave our Earth to cross immense distances, to meet distant stars, unknown planets, supermassive black holes And will also cross polar auroras, gravitational lenses and witness the expansion of the Universe. We then contacted Jean to build our planeterrella at the PhysiScope, which started operating this autumn thanks to Jean de Grenoble, and Sébastien and Géraldine of the PhysiScope.
